The Austin Data Works Content Management Server includes
a robust set of features powerful enough to
manage the most complex web sites in any user

User Management / Multi-tiered Administration
Levels
The users management module is fully customizable
in order to set the appropriate permissions
for each user. Many users are classified into
one of two groups, content administrators and
content editors; however, each user's permissions
are highly configurable in order to facilitate
the building and approval of content through
the proper channels. All content types go through
an approval process before they can be posted
on the site.
Page Server
Our powerful Page Server allows the the
editing/creating of pages that can easily be
integrated into an existing site. In addition,
we give full client control over HTML elements
such as page titles, Meta tags, and more.
WYSIWYG Editor (What You See Is What You Get Editor)
Our WYSIWYG HTML editor uses a similar interface
to Microsoft Word. The editor will allow on-the-fly
HTML generation, changes in font size and color,
creation of bulleted list, text alignment, and
more. No knowledge of HTML is required to use
the editor
Dynamic Forms Module
Our highly-configurable forms module gives clients
the capability to create an unlimited number
of forms that can be used for any Web-Form to
Email purpose. This can include online registration
forms, newsletters, applications, mailing list
management and more. All form data can be configured
to send an automated response to the submitter,
email the form's contents to specified users
within an organization, log all data in a secure
off-site database for storage, and view/review
the data using the online management tools.
In addition, ALL data can be easily exported
for use in other third-party applications.
News & Events Module
This module allows for easy creation of news
& event listings to be posted throughout
the site. This will also allow for the automated
archiving of old stories while dynamically displaying
the most recent stories in predetermined areas
of the site.
Mailing List Management
Our Mailing List Manager allows you to manage
multiple mailing lists. This enables site visitors
to sign up and complete custom demographics
to join a list. Then, you can easily target
personalized mailouts to specific demographics
of your list with guaranteed delivery.
Data Reporting and Analysis
The data reporting and analysis feature is included
to assist with post-launch analysis in order
to measure the effectiveness of the deliverables
and target areas of improvement. Reports are
produced that provide an in-depth view of visitor
statistics and behavior including the number
of total hits, number of unique visits, search
strings, daily statistics, hourly averages,
top pages, and more.
